These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku9k ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ku9k website at https://ku9k.io, including all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the ku9k platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

Opening multiple accounts (also referred to as "multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

ku9k reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

All financial transactions on the ku9k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ku9k currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at ku9k's sole discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your ku9k account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. • Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violation.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one account on ku9k simultaneously or sequentially.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a ku9k account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic abuse, coordination with other players, or circumvention of wagering requirements.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use ku9k services while under the age of 21.
